I have worked as a “Customer Service Representative” after I finished my degree and decided to take another degree which gives me the opportunity to have a license (Licensed Professional Teacher). I was promoted from CSR to “Real Time Analyst/Administrator” in a year and have received award as the Top RTA on our account.
